Calendar note options
While viewing a note, select Options and one of the following:
Delete—Delete the note.
Edit—Edit the note.
Move—Move the note to another date on your calendar.
Send note—Send the calendar note to a compatible phone. Enter the phone number, or
retrieve it from contacts, and select Send.
When a note alarm sounds
The phone beeps and displays the note. When a call note is displayed, you can call the
displayed number by pressing the Talk key.
To stop the alarm without viewing the note, select Exit.
To stop the alarm and view the note, select View.
After the alarm expires, select Postpone to have the phone sound an alarm again after
10 minutes.
Send a calendar note
You can send calendar notes to a compatible phone.
1 While viewing the note that you want to send, select Options > Send note.
2 Enter the phone number, or recall it from contacts, and select Send.
Receive a calendar note
1 When your phone shows Calendar note received, select Options > Show > OK.
2 Scroll to read the entire note, if necessary.
3 To save the note, select Back > Save > OK.
OR
To discard the note, select Back > Discard > OK.
• BUSINESS CARDS
Your phone can send or receive electronic business cards consisting of a name, phone
number and e-mail. You can save received business cards in your contact list. This is a
network dependent feature.
Send a business card
1 Find the name in your contact list.
2 Select Options > Send bus. card.
3 Enter or recall the phone number to which you want to send the business card; then
select Send.
