Transfer a call

To use the Transfer feature to redirect a call to a third party

Use Handsfree

Use the Handsfree feature to communicate with the call party while you
work. Before using the optional headset, activate Handsfree.

Place the handset upright on a smooth, flat surface, leaving the
microphone and loudspeaker free of obstruction. Maintain a maximum
distance of 0.5 m between you and the handset when speaking.

1. Press the

(Recall) key.

2. Enter the number to which the call is to

be transferred.

Note: You can speak to the third party
before transferring the call.

3. Press the

(Recall) key to transfer the

call to the third party.

Note: If the third party does not answer,
press the

(Recall) key again to

reconnect to the original call.

4. Press the

Hook

key to disconnect from

the call.

Note: You can disconnect from the call
before the third party answers (Blind
transfer).
