3. Enter information or change the settings:
• Subject: enter a title for the
appointment.
• Details: enter the appointment
details.
• Start date and Start time: enter
the starting date and time for the
appointment.
• AM/PM: select AM or PM in 12-hour
time format.
• End date and End time: enter the
ending date and time for the
appointment.
• AM/PM: select AM or PM in 12-hour
time format.
• Location: enter information about
the appointed location.
• Alarm: set an alarm for the
appointment.
• Before: set how long before the
appointment the alarm is to alert
you.
• Alarm tone: select an alarm tone.
• Repeat: set the appointment to
recur and select a repeat unit.
• Until: set the ending date, if the
appointment will recur.
4. Press <Save> to save the appointment.
Entering an anniversary
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Create →
Anniversary.
3. Enter information or change the settings:
• Occasion: enter information about
the anniversary.
• Date: enter the date.
• Alarm: select to set an alarm for the
anniversary.
• Before: set how long before the
anniversary the alarm is to alert you.
• Alarm time: enter the time for the
alarm to ring.
• AM/PM: select AM or PM in 12-hour
time format.
• Alarm tone: select an alarm tone.
• Repeat every year: set the phone
to remind you of the anniversary
every year.
4. Press <Save> to save the anniversary.
