• WAP site to connect to a WAP service related to the application. This option is shown only if the
application contains an address of a WAP service.
Downloading an application
To download a Java application:
• Press Menu , select Applications and Open browser to download an application from Club Nokia’s
WAP site, for example. The phone tries to make the connection by using the active connection
settings. See also Browsing the pages of a WAP service on page 73.
If you choose to download an application from a non-Nokia site, you should take the same
precautions, for security or content, as you would with any site.
Note: Only install software from sources that offer adequate protection against viruses and other harmful
software.
Viewing system information
To view the amount of memory available for Java applications: Press Menu , and select Applications
and Memory .
■ Extras (Menu 9)
This menu contains an alarm clock, calculator, stopwatch, countdown timer, ringing
tone composer, picture editor and screen savers.
