CHAPTER 3
PRINTER OPTIONS
O
VERVIEW
The SuperScript 4650 Series printers have several easily
installed options. For models 4650 and 4650N, a second 250-
sheet tray can be added for an extended 500 sheet input.
Additional DIMMs can increase random-access memory
(RAM). The addition of a SuperScript NIC can gain you
networking capability and you can add versatility with a
Legal Paper Tray.
The illustration below shows how the 4650 printer looks
equipped with the SuperScript Paper Tray 2 Unit. The Paper
Tray 2 Unit is standard with the 4650NX model printer.
This chapter provides instructions for installing and using
the printer options. For directions on how to install a NIC,
see the “SuperScript Color Laser Network Guide.”
