How do I take a photo?
The Camera screen must be displayed before you can take a photo.
1. To view the Camera screen, press on top of the iCN.
ƒ You can also access the Camera screen from the Main Menu; tap .
2. When
the Camera screen is open, an image of whatever the camera is focused on will display in the
Viewfinder.
Before you take a photo you can customize the lighting and brightness settings. For more information, see "How do I
customize camera preferences?" on page 58.
3. When you are satisfied with the image displayed in the Viewfinder, press to take the photo.
ƒ You can also tap to take the picture.
4. The captured image will preview in the Viewfinder for two seconds before it is automatically saved in your
Album on the iCN's hard drive.
If the Camera screen is inactive for more than two minutes it will revert to the Main Menu screen.
GPS fix
The GPS icon indicates whether the iCN has a GPS fix and the strength of the signal. When the iCN has a GPS fix
and a picture is taken, location co-ordinates are linked to the picture. The co-ordinates must be available for you to
save a picture as a Favourite destination. Location co-ordinates are displayed on the Photo Details screen. For more
