Multiple stations
This feature is useful when you send the same documents to selected parties whose telephone numbers are
stored in a One-Touch Dial key and the JOG DIAL directory. You must program the desired parties into one of
the BROADCAST key (One-Touch Dial key 1, 2 or 3).
Important:
● Before programming, make sure that the desired telephone numbers have been stored into a One-Touch
Dial key or the JOG DIAL directory.
● The BROADCAST key can be used as One-Touch Dial key 1, 2 or 3 or as the broadcast key.

3 Press or to select “BROADCAST 1 (2 or 3)”.

a: Using a One-Touch Dial key:
For stations 1–3 which are not used as the
key, press the preset
One-Touch Dial key.
For stations 4–6, press
