Note 1: To meet AGA/CGA/CSA requirements, all fryers with basket lifts must be ordered with casters and installed with a FLEXIBLE GAS CONNECTOR
with restraining device. Add 100 lbs to fryer weight. Basket lifts add 3-7/8” to overall depth of fryer.
