Getting Started with Your Phone
This chapter provides basic installation instructions and information for
obtaining the best performance with the SoundPoint IP 450 desktop phone.
The SoundPoint IP 450 provides a powerful, yet flexible IP communications
solution, delivering excellent voice quality. The high-resolution graphic
display supplies content for call information, multiple languages, directory
access, and system status. The SoundPoint IP 450 supports advanced
functionality, including multiple call and flexible line appearances, HTTPS
secure provisioning, presence, custom ring tones, local conferencing,
applications, and Polycom ® HD™ Voice technology.
