≥ Before jogging with this unit, allow sufficient time for the memory buffer to fill
up completely (CD-DA: 45 seconds, MP3: 100 seconds).
≥ This unit is designed for light jogging, but not for serious running. It may
occasionally skip if used by an aggressive runner, or by someone with a
heavy, jarring stride.
≥ Do not machine wash.
Fading and loss of shape can occur.
≥ Do not drop the unit as the soft case cannot protect the unit and CD from
damage.
Fasten the belt securely.
Insert so buttons
are facing away
from your body.
≥ Set the unit’s volume to 10-15.
≥ Use the main unit to avoid beep sounds heard
when operating the remote control buttons.
