Leaving, replaying, or deleting voice messages
To leave a message using the Direct Message function
To replay the message which is not yet heard
• " NOW RECORDING " will be displayed when recording a message (DPT only).
• You can end the recording by pressing the STORE button. In this case, " REC Complete "
will be displayed (DPT only).
• If you go off-hook, dial tone 5 will be heard.
• If you press the MESSAGE button while on-hook, " Voice Message " will be displayed (for
DPT with display user only).
