REPO Installation
WARNING Only qualified service personnel (such as a licensed electrician) should
perform the hardwired installation.
The REPO switch is a customerĆsuppliedswitch that can disconnect UPS output
voltage from your protectedequipment. To use a REPO switch, you needexternal
wiring anda switch with the following specifications:
H The switch shouldbe a wallĆmounted, momentaryĆcontact, normally open,
pushbutton switch.
H Minimum ratings of 240 Vac and35 mA.
H Wire shouldbe 18 AWG minimum.
CAUTION The black and white REPO wires are at highĆvoltage potential (240V). Refer
to yourlocal electrical code forproperinstallation of the highĆvoltage REPO wires.
