Wipe the contacts with a clean, dry cloth before loading
batteries in the camera.

Limit the following activities that quickly deplete battery power:
reviewing pictures/videos on the LCD; excessive use of the flash.

If you own an EasyShare camera dock series 3 or EasyShare
printer dock series 3, use the Battery Refresh feature.
Memory card full.

Insert a new card, transfer pictures to the computer, or delete
pictures.
