SEARCH CHANNELS (CHANNEL SEARCH)
Select the “Search Channels” menu using the button, the buttons in the main menu and .
You have three options for a channel search.
-
Automatic Channel Search - all transmission channels will be searched
- Manual Channel Search - only the selected transmission range will be searched
- Advanced Channel Search - search for a specifi c channel (you must input/select the
search parameters yourself)
Use the buttons to select the desired type of search and confi rm your selection using
the button.

Also note the bars at the bottom
of the on-screen display! These
provide information on what to
do next.
After a search (of whatever type) the receiver shows all newly found channels in the
channel list under the rubric “New Channels”. You will fi nd this rubric in the channel list
by pressing the
$
(green) button (press the buttons to make the selection).
