Problem
Possible cause
Remedy
Engine does not start
Battery is flat
Recharge or replace battery
No fuel in tank
Refill tank and bleed fuel system
Fuel tap is closed
Open fuel tap
Sweeper does not move
Free-wheel arm on hydraulic pump
(bypass valve) is in open position
Close valve by turning arm through
90º
Brushes do not rotate
Switch on brush roller lever is
stuck
Call Customer Service
Brush roller or side brush have
been jammed by bands, string,
wire, etc.
Remove obstruction
No vacuuming function
Vacuum unit is switched off
Switch on vacuum unit
Blower is not rotating
Check tension of V-belt
Filter is clogged up
Clean or replace filter
Poor sweeping results
Brushes are worn out
Replace brushes
Waste container is full
Empty waste container
Sweeping pattern is set up
incorrectly
Set up sweeping pattern correctly
Dust is blown out during
sweeping
Vacuum unit is switched off
Switch on vacuum unit
Seals on the sweeper are worn
down. Filter is not fitted correctly or
is defective.
Replace seals. Fit filter correctly or
replace it.
