GPRS connection is slow and unstable
• Disconnect and connect again. You may be switched to a better net-
work trunk line with better communication quality.
• If the problem persists, avoid using GPRS connection during the time
when network traffic is heavy, or move to a location where signal
reception is better.
Cannot return to voice services from GPRS data con-
nection
Try one of the following:
• Press the "Reset" button of your Pocket PC to reset it.
• Remove the Compact Flash card from your Pocket PC, then insert it
into the Pocket PC back again.
• Press the "Suspend" button of your Pocket PC, and then press the but-
ton again.
Then run Dialer.
Can not use certain call functions
To use some advanced call functions (such as call divert, call barring or
call waiting), you need to subscribe them to your operator.
There is noise during a call
• Avoid using the RTM-8000 near a TV, microwave oven, speaker or
other devices that emits strong electromagnetic energy.
• Is the reception of signal in good condition? If not, adjust the direction
of the antenna of the RTM-8000, or move to a location where signal
reception is better.
