a mailbox in which a caller can leave

a voice mail for you if
• if your phone is switched off or

not ready to receive,

• if you do not want to answer,
• if you are making a phone call

(and if

Call waiting

(p. 84) is not

activated).

If the voice mail service is not part of

your service provider's standard

package, you will need to register for

it, and possibly make the settings
