Appointments Menu Options
The menu is only available in the dai-
ly view (agenda) and appointments
list if there is at least one appoint-
ment in the Calendar.
New event See next column.
Delete Delete the entry se-
lected.
Delete all Delete all entries after
confirmation.
Edit Open the entry for
changes.
Send via IrDA Transmit to suitable
device.
Send via SMS Transmit as SMS.
Print via IrDA Transmit to a suitable
printer.
Activate, De-
activate Activate or deactivate
an alarm.
Week starts
Su Set first day of the

Display when alarm is activated.
A total of 50 entries can be created.
An alarm sounds even when the phone is
switched off. To deactivate it press any key.
