Exiting Watcher
In order to close and exit Watcher, you must ensure that you
are disconnected from the network. (See “Connect /
Disconnect” in this chapter on page 19).
1. Click the Watcher system tray icon found in the system
tray and a menu appears:

2. Select Exit from the menu. (This closes and exits Watcher
and the icon disappears from the system tray).
Powering the AirCard 580 (On/Off)
To power the AirCard 580 on and off:
1. Click the Watcher icon found in your system tray.
2. Select “Power Off Card” or “Power On Card” from the shortcut
menu.

Note: Powering Off the
AirCard 580 does not mean that
you have exited Watcher. WARNING: Do not eject theAirCard 580 from your notebook PC until
you have followed the Unplug/Eject Hardware instructions for proper
removal [See Chapter 3, page 12]. Removing the card improperly may
damage your computer.
