Troubleshooting
Some problems require that you call your network
operator, but most of the problems you can easily correct
yourself.
Remove the SIM card before you hand your phone in for
repair.
Master reset
If you experience problems with your phone such as
screen flickering or freezing, navigation problems, etc. you
should reset the phone.
To perform a master reset
1 From standby select Menu

Reset settings . Content will not be
deleted.
2 Select Continue .
