Selecting options
You can select options by pressing [ m] and rotating or pressing the navigation button.
You can also access shooting options by pressing [ f] but some options are not available.
Going back to the previous menu
Press [ m] again to go back to the previous menu.
Press [Shutter] to return to Shooting mode.
In Shooting mode, press [

m].
Rotate or press the navigation button to scroll to an

option or menu.
Press [ t D] or [M] to move up or down; press [F] or [t] to
move left or right.
