Editing
The following procedure describes
how to edit registered Speed Dial
numbers.
AAAA
Press the
{{{{User Tools}}}} key.
BBBB
Press
0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 until " 4. Fax Fea-
tures " is displayed.
CCCC
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
Confirm that " 1. Program / Delete
" is displayed.
DDDD
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
EEEE
Press
0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 until " 3. Prog.
Speed Dial " is displayed.
FFFF
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
GGGG
Display the number of the Speed
Dial you want to edit (00 to 49).
Enter the Speed Dial number with
the number keys, or search using
0 or 1.
HHHH
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
IIII
Press the
{{{{Clear/Stop}}}} key, and
then reenter a fax number with
the number keys.
Note
❒ If you make a mistake, press the
{{{{Clear/Stop}}}} key and try again.
❒ If you press the {{{{Pause/Redial}}}}
key, the last 10 fax numbers di-
aled are displayed. Press
0 or
1 to select the fax number you
want to specify, and then press
the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
JJJJ
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
The fax number is programmed.
KKKK
Press the
{{{{Clear/Stop}}}} key, and
then reenter the Destination
name.
LLLL
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
The search letter is registered.
