You can enter a "signature" with a
maximum of 16 characters. This sig-
nature will then be attached to each
SMS except when changes are made
to an existing SMS.
In SMS settings, you can also deter-
mine the settings for the following:
Standard messages

Template
Standard messages can be stored in
the phone and added to your other
messages.
Reply Answer the SMS now dis-
played immediately.
Forward Forward the selected mes-
sage to a chosen recipient.
Delete Delete the selected
message.
Move to
Archive
Store the message in the
phone memory.
Call back Call the sender of the se-
lected message.
Auto save Save the sent SMS mes-
sages automatically in the
phone memory. Set On or
Off .
SMS centre Select the service centre
number to be used as de-
fault each time you send a
new SMS.
Validity
period
Select the period within
which the service centre
must try to deliver the
message:
1 hour , 12 hours ,
1 day , 1 week , Maximum *
* Maximum period that the
service provider permits.
Reply path Set On to send the service
centre number along with
the SMS message, so the
recipient can reply using
this number
Delivery
Report
Request delivery confir-
mation for sent messages.
