Loosen the screws on the joint bracket
to remove it from the adapter.

Turn the joint bracket 90 degrees and
reattach the bracket to the adapter by
engaging two holes near the left screw
of the bracket with two projections at
the side of the adapter.

Do step 1 to 3 on the other adapter.

Place the adapters so that they show
the same side to you. Then, engage the
two holes near the right screw of the
bracket with two projections at the side
of the other adapter. Do the same on
the other side, using the bracket on the
other adapter. And then, fasten the
screws on the brackets to secure the
two adapters with each other.
