Ringer setting
On / Off Activate/deactivate all
tones.
Beep Reduce ringtone to a
short signal (beep).
Silent alert
To avoid the disturbance caused by a
ringing phone, you can activate the
silent alert function as an alterna-
tive. The silent alert can also be acti-
vated in addition to the ringer (e.g.
in noisy environments). This func-
tion is deactivated when the battery
is charged.
The silent alert is activated if the
loudest setting is set for the ring-
tone. This is to remind you not to hold
the phone to your ear when ringing in or-
der to avoid damaging your hearing.
