Preparing the
system
According to the illustrations,
connect the cords firmly.
Wrong connections cause mal-
functions. Connect the AC
power cord last.

1 Inserting the back-up batteries
Insert three size AA (R6) batteries (not supplied) into
the battery compartment. These batteries work to save
the memory data.
Replacing batteries
With normal use, the batteries should last for about
one year.
Replace all the batteries with new ones at intervals of
about one year.
