Operating the Drive Unit

This section describes how to start the drive unit and eject a disc.

Starting the Drive Unit

Turn on the power of your computer.

Press the eject button.
The drawer comes out automatically.

Place a disc in the drawer with its label side up.

Note:

For double-side DVD disc, signals are read from the side facing
down. For further details, refer to the documentation that comes with
the disc.

its label side up.

Press the eject button.
