Calendar
You can use the calendar to keep track of important
meetings that you need to attend. The calendar can
be synchronized with a PC calendar or with a calendar
on the Web
Appointments
You can save up to 300 appointments depending on
the size of each item. You can choose to add a new
appointment or use an old one as a template by
copying and editing it.You can also set a reminder
for an appointment.
To add a new appointment

and select the date for
the appointment

Enter the appropriate information, for
example, date, subject, location and reminder.
Confirm each entry.
To set reminders

Always
if you want the reminder to sound even
though the phone is turned off. When the reminder
sounds, press
Yes
to read the appointment. Press
No
to turn off the reminder.
To view an appointment

Navigating in your calendar
Use the navigation key to move between days or
weeks. In the monthly and weekly views, you can
also use the keypad as follows.
A reminder set in the calendar affects a reminder set
for the same time in tasks.
