Troubleshooting
This chapter offers solutions to problems that you might
encounter while using your phone. Some problems require
that you call your service provider, but most of the problems
you can easily correct yourself.
However, if you need to hand in your phone for repair, please
note that you may lose information and content that you have
saved in your phone. You are advised to make a copy of such
information before handing your phone in for repair.
