Set up your Voicemail
1 } ‘ Phonebook
} § Voicemail
2 Enter the number at
the prompt.
3 Press the Jog Dial to
confirm your entry.
After you have set up your Voice Mail, any
editing of the number can be made via the
Phonebook (see also page 27 “Editing the
Phonebook”).
Search
} ‘ Phonebook } „ Search
It is possible to search By Name or By Group.
Editing the Phonebook
Use this option for calling, editing, deleting or
copying phonebook entries. The editing of
entries is possible by Name, Number or by
Note.
Editing a Name/Number
1 } ‘ Phonebook
2 Rotate the Jog Dial to select the name/
number you want to edit and press the Jog
Dial.
3 Press the Jog Dial for a menu of editing
options:
Press and hold for quick access to your
Voicemail.
The Voicemail icon (§) or the envelope icon
(depending on the network) appears in the
display to inform you when you have received
new voice messages.
When opening the phonebook, press and hold
to display the list of groups and to access to a
global search.
