The battery does not charge.
Make sure the battery pack is installed in your tablet device properly.
Make sure you have connected your tablet device and the AC adapter, the AC adapter and the AC power cord
(mains lead), and the AC power cord (mains lead) and an AC outlet (wall socket) securely.
For safety reasons, the charging function of your tablet device does not work when the tablet device is
overheated.
Try to charge the battery again in a cool location after the tablet device cools down.
Charging the battery via a USB port is not supported when your tablet device is connected to a computer or a
battery charger.
