• Select one
Select the message you would like to use as a stamp on your
documents.
• Add...
Click this button to open the Add Rubber Stamp dialog box and add
a message to be used with the Rubber Stamp Tool. You can create
up to 30 new messages. (See “
Add Rubber Stamp Dialog Box ” on
the next page.)
• Remove
Click on this button to remove the rubber stamp message selected
in the area to the left. Select a message by clicking on it once.
• Font...
Click on this button to open the Rubber Stamp Font dialog box.

• OK
Click on OK to save your changes and exit the dialog box.
• Cancel
Click on Cancel to exit the dialog box without making any changes.
