Making a Backup of the Control Panel Settings

You can store your Control Panel settings on your hard disk for
backup purposes. To save the settings, select the Miscellaneous tab
and click the Save to PC button in the Database Settings field.
Enter a name for the file in the Save As dialog box that appears and
click the Save button.

To restore the settings saved in a file, click the Restore to MFP
button and select the file in the Open dialog box that appears. When
you click the Open button in the Open dialog box, the settings will be
sent to the Color MFP unit.
