To install the lower blade guide:
1. Align and place the lower guard onto the body.
2. Align and place the lower guide assembly onto
the lower guard, and insert the M6-1 x 20 hex
bolts and 6mm flat washers (Figure 12).

2. Attach the blade guard to the upper guide
assembly with the M6-1 x 10 hex bolts and 6mm
fender washers, as shown in Figure 14.
To install the upper blade guide assembly:
1. Slide the upper guide assembly onto the guide
post until the bottom of the guide post is flush
with the bottom of the blade guide post hous-
ing (Figure 13) and secure with an M6-1 x 16
hex bolt.
The blade guard MUST be installed during oper-
ation. Failure to follow this warning may result
in serious personal injury!
