The following settings are required when the input cards noted above are used.
Ⅵ Embedded Audio audio channel selection.
Ⅵ Audio Level Meter function display/hide, and various settings
(required only for IF-C51HSDG and IF-C51SDG).
Operation from the monitor is not possible if it does not support menus and buttons as
required for entering settings. In this case the DIP switches on the Input Card are used to
enter the settings before the card is inserted in the monitor slot.
ⅥCAUTIONS
• Do not touch the DIP switches if the monitor supports the menus and buttons as required for entering
settings. Operation from the monitor is not possible if the DIP switches are used. When using an
Input Card on which some of the switches have been set to ON, set switches 1 and 16 to OFF.
• The DIP switch settings cannot be changed once the Input Card is inserted in the monitor.

Switch numbers
Two DIP switches are used - S101 is located at
the top of the connection terminal, and S102 at
the bottom.
Settings are entered by setting the switch with
the appropriate number (1 to 16 at the right
edge of the board) to ON or OFF as required.
ⅥNote
• The numbers 1 to 8 on DIP switch S101 are
associated with the numbers 1 to 8 on the board.
The numbers 1 to 8 on DIP switch S102 are
associated with the numbers 9 to 16 on the board.
• A switch is ON when set to the right, and OFF when
set to the left. The diagram at left shows all switches
OFF (as set prior to shipment from the factory).
• Leave switch 15 OFF at all times.
Using the Switches
1. Remove the film covering the DIP
switches.
2. Set switches 1 to 16 to ON to enable
DIP switch settings.
3. Set the necessary switches ON or
OFF as required in accordance with
the description for each setting.
