Getting started
To use the remote control unit for CATV converter or
satellite tuner operation
You can operate the CATV converter or satellite tuner with the remote control
unit. To operate them, you have to change the remote control signal. Also refer
to the manual supplied with them.
Changing the remote control signal

Set CATV
TV
DVD on the remote control unit to CATV.
2 Press and hold
CATV/SAT
POWER , then press
SET
.
Do not release CATV/SAT
POWER
. Keep holding
CATV/SAT
POWER until the next step is completed.

POWER , enter the manufacturer’s code (two digits) using 0 to 9 .

Try to operate he CATV converter or satellite tuner by pressing
CATV/SAT
POWER .
If the CATV converter or satellite tuner turns on or off, you have entered the
correct code.

Changes the channels.
Selects the TV channels.

● If there is more than one code listed for your brand of he CATV converter or
satellite tuner, try each one until the correct one is entered.
