Maintenance
To keep Roomba running at peak performance, it is recommended that
you perform the following maintenance regularly:
TIP: Bin emptying and brush cleaning should be done after every cleaning
cycle. Also be sure to regularly check the front wheel for hair build up
(see page 21).
Empty bin.
A. Clean or replace filter.*
Visit www.irobot.com for information on keeping Roomba running at peak
performance and to purchase replacement and accessory items.
*Replace filter every 2 months.

Remove and empty Roomba’s bin after each use
Press button and
pull to remove bin.
TIP: If you notice Roomba picking up less debris from your floor, empty the
bin and clean the brushes.
Docking Roomba
To have Roomba look for the Home Base and recharge its battery, simply
press and hold the Max button on Roomba.

Clean Roomba’s filter compartment
Do not run Roomba without filter properly installed.
