1 POWER button Turns your player on and off.
2 Display window Shows the current status of your
player.
3 Disc tray Place a disc on the tray when it
opens.

Press to open or close the disc
tray.
5 (Play/Pause) Press to begin playback. Press
again to pause playback. Press
again to resume playback.

(Stop)
Press to stop playback.
7 (Previous) Press to return to the previous
chapter (DVD) or track (CD).
8 (Next) Press to advance to the next
chapter (DVD) or track (CD).

input jacks on a TV (if available).
2 CVBS Connect to the composite video
input jack on a TV (if available).
3 HDMI OUTPUT Connect to the HDMI input jack on
a TV (if available).
4 AUDIO OUTPUT
(left/right) Connect to the audio input jacks
(left and right) of a TV, amplifier, or
other equipment.
5 COAX (digital)
AUDIO OUTPUT Connect to the digital audio coaxial
jack on an external amplifier, such
as a Dolby Digital decoder.
6 S-VIDEO
OUTPUT Connect to the S-Video input jack
on a TV (if available).
7 OPTICAL
(digital) OUTPUT Connect to the digital optical audio
input jack on an external amplifier,
such as a Dolby Digital decoder.
Caution
Do not touch the inner pins of the jacks on the
back panel. Electrostatic discharge may cause
permanent damage to your player.
