4 Press the / buttons to select the channel number (P01
to P20) that you want.
5 Press and hold the button. The channel number starts
blinking.
6 Tune to the desired frequency:
Manual tuning—Press the / buttons repeatedly until
you find the radio station (87.5 MHz to 108.0 MHz) that you want.
Auto scanning—Press and hold the / buttons until
the frequency display starts flashing. The frequency scans
automatically until a radio station is found.
7 Press the button to confirm the selection. The selected
frequency will then be stored with the preset channel number.
8 If necessary, press the +/- to adjust the volume.
Improving reception
To improve radio reception:
• Stretch out the FM antenna, which is stored inside the battery
compartment. Position the antenna near the back of the clock
radio with iPod dock through the small hole in the battery
cover. You may need to move it around to get the best
reception.
• Position the FM antenna as far away as possible from a TV or
other radiation source.
Listening to the iPod shuffle
To listen to the iPod shuffle:
1 Make sure that your clock radio with iPod dock is turned off.
2 Connect the line-in cable (not included) on the iPod shuffle to the
AUX jack on your clock radio with iPod dock.
3 Press the SOURCE button to select AUX.
4 Use the controls on the iPod shuffle to control playback.
5 If necessary, press the +/- to adjust the volume.
