Problem Possible cause Remedy
The Clean out
airways lamp comes
on. The fluff filters may be
blocked. Remove any fluff (see
"Cleaning and care").
The condenser unit may be
blocked with fluff and
detergent residues. Please note that the
condenser unit must be
cleaned regularly (see
"Cleaning and care").
The check lamp will go out
when the door is opened.
The programme
stops and the Clean
out airways lamp
flashes. Possible causes and remedies are described above in
(The
Clean out airways lamp comes on).
There is no obvious cause. – Switch off the dryer.
– Then switch the dryer
back on and start the
programme again.
If the programme stops
again and the
Clean out
airways lamp flashes, there
is a fault. Contact the Miele
Service Department.
The Empty out
container indicator
lamp comes on. The condensed water
container is full or there is
kink in the drain hose. – Empty out the
condensed water
container.
– Check the drain hose.
– Before starting a new
programme, first switch
the dryer off and then on
again.
