Searching is started when you select data by single-clicking and then double-click on the desired
data or click the [Search] button. Operation of the [EXT.DATA.List] window is described below.
The EXT.DATA List is divided by 4000 registered data per list and displayed on the screen.
Select the desired range from the list box. All data are displayed when [ALL] is selected.
The data can be sorted by selected category.
The channel number of alarm input is displayed in the [Alarm] column .
Use filters such as Alarm, Device ID and Bank Code No. for efficient search. The Account
number is input directly for filtering.
When you set the filters to define arbitrary search conditions and then press the [Filtering]
button, only the data passing the filters within the specified list display range are listed on
the window.
you can use more than one filter at the same time.
The list shows only available items in the downloaded data after filtering.
[Save]:
Use to saves the displayed list as a text file onto the viewing PC.
When data are retrieved through the filters, only the retrieved data are
saved on the PC.
[Refresh]:
Use to reloads the transaction data list from the recorder.
[Search]:
Use to search the selected data in the list.
[Close]:
Use to close the EXT. DATA List.
Note
- DX-PC25EA takes about 10 seconds to get the list from the recorder when that the viewing PC
is connected to the recorder directly by crossover cable.
- The Time Date information of data is the start time of the recording, therefore, it may be different
from the time information of the transaction data.
- This function searches for the picture corresponding to Time Date information, therefore, it may
be unable to search for the picture if the picture data corresponding to Time Date information
does not exist.
- In record setting of the recorder, when the camera number corresponding to alarm
(EXT.DEVICE) is not set up, the retrieved picture is displayed with quad format.
- If [ALL] is selected in the list display range box when more than 4,000 alarms are present in the
list, the list may not be displayed because of communication trouble. In such a case, select other
than [ALL] in the list display range box.
