Rack, Lava rock container,
Heating element
Clean the rack and lava rock container
after each use with a solution of hot
water and washing up liquid.
Soak to loosen any burnt on food which
can then be removed with a brush.
Use a gentle scourer on any residue left
on the heating element.
Dry throughly after cleaning.
Do not use cleaning agents for
stainless steel on the lava rock
container.
Lava rocks
Clean the lava rocks regularly.
Put the rocks into a suitable container
and fill with a solution of hot water and
washing up liquid. Leave to soak for a
while. Stir the rocks several times. Then
pour the washing up liquid solution
away and rinse the rocks two to three
times with clean water. Place the rocks
out to dry on a suitable towel.
