T he Time controls let you set the TV’s clock.
You also can set the TV to turn on or off at a
specific time, or to turn on at a specific channel.
1 Press MENU to see the menu.
2 Press 5 or ▼ to select
FEATURES.
3 Press
3 to see the FEATURES menu.
4 Press 5 or ▼ to choose TIMER,
then press 3.
5 Press
5 or ▼ to choose TIME,
START TIME, STOP TIME,
CHANNEL, ACTIVATE, or DIS-
PLAY.
6 Press
3 to enter the menu you
selected at step 5. Adjust these items
accordingly.
TIME: Use the Number buttons to
enter the current time. Press
3 to
choose the AM/PM area, then press 5
or ▼ to choose AM or PM.
START TIME: Use the Number but-
tons to enter a specific time at which
the TV will turn on to a specific chan-
nel.
STOP TIME: Use the Number but-
tons to enter a specific time at which
the TV will turn itself off.
CHANNEL: Use the Number but-
tons to select the channel at which
you want the TV to turn on (at the
START TIME).
ACTIVATE: Set the Timer to occur
ONCE or DAILY.
DISPLAY: Set to ON if you want the
time to appear when you change
channels or press STATUS/EXIT on
the remote control. Otherwise, set
DISPLAY to OFF.
7 Press STATUS/EXIT to remove the
menu.
