To unpack the printer:
•
Check to see that you received the cable and all the
manuals.
•
Remove the cable, manuals, and packing material from
the box.
•
Remove the printer from the plastic bag.
•
Place the printer on a sturdy, level surface near a
grounded 110VAC electrical outlet.
Keep the box and packing material in case you need to ship the
printer later.
Installing the Printer
1. Place the printer on a level surface.
CAUTION
The power switch must be off while you connect the power
cord.
2. Connect the power cord to the plug as shown. Plug the
other end of the cord into a
grounded 110VAC electrical
outlet.
