Message Window Display Indicators
WINDOW DISPLAYS:
DESCRIPTION
0~59
The number displayed (0 through 59) indicates the total
number (combined old and new) of messages in the
system.
NOTE: When the number is blinking, you have new
messages.
CL (blinking)
The clock has not been set.
(blinking)
The outgoing message is playing, or a message or
memo is being recorded.
--
The answering machine is off.
An (blinking)
The answering machine is answering a call.
F (blinking)
The answering machine memory is full.
L1 to L6
Appears when you change the volume level using the
volume control keys on the base unit.
LA Line
Access—a
handset
is checking the answering
machine.
EL
The English voice prompt is set.
LF
The French voice prompt is set.
IE
The Spanish voice prompt is set.
