Description: Initiates remote configuration mode while online with remote modem. The remote configuration
escape character (%) is defined in register S13.

Values: n/a
Description: Puts modem in command mode (and optionally issues a command) while remaining on line.
Enter +++AT, up to ten command characters (or as defined by S34), and a RETURN. Used mostly
to issue hang-up command: +++ATH.

AT Escape Sequence
Values: n/a
Description: Alternate escape method. Puts modem in command mode while remaining on line. Send a
signal followed by AT, up to sixty command characters, and a RETURN. You must set
the modem to %E2 or %E3 before you can use this escape method.
