FOOD ISN’T • Packaging insulating food. Increase time or re-package in plastic.
THAWING/CHILLING
• The wrong weight is selected. Select a larger weight.
• Item with high fat content. Select a larger weight.
• Not using Chill/Thaw tray. Place items on tray and allow space in
between items for better air flow.
ACTUAL • Unit just plugged in. Allow 24 hours for the system to stabilize.
TEMPERATURE NOT
• Door open for too long. Allow 24 hours for the system to stabilize.

• Warm food added to refrigerator. Allow 24 hours for the system
