NO WATER OR ICE • Water supply line or shutoff valve is clogged. Call a plumber.
CUBE PRODUCTION
• Replace the filter or use the filter bypass plug.
• The dispenser is LOCKED. Press and hold the LOCK CONTROL
pad for 3 seconds.
CUBED ICE WAS • The last setting was CRUSHED ICE and a few cubes were left in the
SELECTED BUT crusher from the previous setting. This is normal.

WAS DISPENSED
ORANGE GLOW • Defrost heater is on. This is normal.
IN FREEZER
REFRIGERATOR • Foods with strong odors should be tightly wrapped.
HAS ODOR
• Interior needs cleaning. See Care and Cleaning.
• Keep open box of baking soda in refrigerator; replace every 3 months.
DOOR NOT CLOSING • Door gasket on hinge side is sticking or folding over. Apply paraffin
PROPERLY wax to the face of the gasket.
• A door bin is hitting a shelf inside the refrigerator. Move the door
bin up one position.
MOISTURE FORMS • Not unusual during periods of high humidity. Wipe surface dry.
ON OUTSIDE OF
• Door left open or package holding door open.
REFRIGERATOR
MOISTURE • Too frequent or too long door openings.
COLLECTS INSIDE
• In humid weather, air carries moisture into refrigerator when doors
are opened.
INTERIOR LIGHT • No power at outlet.
DOES NOT WORK
• Light bulb needs replacing. See Care and Cleaning.
WATER ON KITCHEN • Ice cubes jammed in chute. Poke ice through with a wooden spoon.
