to this RF energy. This product emits
RF energy below the published limits
when operating in its maximum output
power mode and when used with Garmin
authorized accessories. These guidelines
use a unit of measurement known as the
specific absorption rate, SAR. The SAR
limit applicable to this device set by the
FCC is 1.6 watts per kilogram (W/kg), 1.6
W/kg by Industry Canada, and 2.0 W/kg by
the Council of the European Union.
To comply with FCC, and European RF
exposure compliance requirements, the
device should be used in its automobile
mount or with Garmin authorized belt clips
and holsters only. Use with other third party
accessories may not ensure compliance
with FCC, EU, or other local RF exposure
