• Check all cabling to make sure that all connections are secure and not
damaged.
• Check hook switch: Does it fully extend when handset is lifted from
cradle?

• Check the dial mode in the set up menu. Is it set to TONE, which may not
be compatible with your local dialing service?

• Is the ringer switch in the OFF position?
• Are you using too many phones on one line?
• Is the hook switch depressed fully when the handset is in the cradle?
• Perform the checks under the “No Dial Tone” section above.
